Kincaid
When Kincaid approached us in 2023, they were already killing it in the wholesale property market—building turn-key homes for investors with a focus on quality, design, and solid project management. But, they had a new idea: take everything they’d learned and bring it into the retail home builder space. The challenge? That market is packed. Dozens of brands, all promising the world, but often delivering stress, hidden costs, and poor communication. We knew if Kincaid were going to succeed, we had to build a brand that was totally different from the rest. We built the brand strategy around what people actually want in a home builder: honesty, transparency, and follow-through. No tricks, no fine print just a simple offer that does what it says. That simple promise made the brand feel refreshingly rare in a crowded space. Visually, we stripped away all the clichés—no stock photos of families frolicking on manicured lawns. Just clean, confident design inspired by Kincaid’s love of the built form. The look and feel reflected the quality of the homes: well thought-out, beautiful, and built to last. And when it came to the tone of voice, we made it real. Clear, direct, a little cheeky when it made sense—but always rooted in trust, support, and straight-up good service. In a space where most builders blend into one and other, Kincaid now stands out as a home builder you’d actually want to work with.

Building a brand proposition from the top down
As a diversified, design-led home builder known for delivering quality at accessible prices, the brand held significant equity. With multiple offerings under one umbrella, our strategic approach was to position Kincaid as a reputable, well-backed alternative to less reliable competitors—emphasising its scale, integrity, and cross-market strength through a unified brand message.

“We’ve worked with Andrew across two brand projects and he’s always spot on with imagery that is impactful and perfectly suited to the design purpose.”
